• Where is the store based?

• Explain the boxbag sizing?

  The large box bag measures a roomy 8"x4"x4" and it's great for your toiletries/shaving kit, craft supplies, electronics cords, a knitting project bag, stowing unruly bits while traveling, etc.

  The medium box bag measures approx. 7"x3.5"x3" and is great for travel kits, cosmetics, personal items, school supplies, game piece/deck holder, electronics cords, etc.

  The small box bag measures approx. 6"x3"x2.5" and is great for smaller travel kits or cosmetics/cosmetic paraphernalia, personal items, dice, game piece/deck holder, etc.

  The tiny box bag fits in the palm of your hand and measures 4"x2.5"x2". It is best for use inside a larger bag or during travel to hold small personal items, jewelry, dice, childrens' goodies, money, etc.

• Do you take custom orders?

  Absolutely! See a fabric you like but want a different product? Need a different size? Want a special mix-n-match or variant? Chances are good I have more fabric and can make an item upon request.

• What kind of material do you use?

  I use primarily 100% cotton fabrics from a variety of sources and designers. Specialty fabrics, organic materials, or imported fabrics will be noted as such in the item description. All fabric is washed & dried prior to sewing with a gentle/natural detergent free from perfume or dyes, and is kept stored in closed containers.

• Hey, I'm local! Can I pick up my order from you instead of shipping?

  Most likely. Drop me a note before you order and we'll figure it out!

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Not at this time, owing to factors surrounding COVID, BREXIT, and other recent shipping changes. I hope to begin offering global sales again in the future.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Most orders will be shipped within 3 days. Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks.

• How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Because of this, Storenvy has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as these leading payment processors. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. If paying with PayPal, you may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.
